New biomass plant coming to Lincolnshire

RWE Innogy UK, the British subsidiary of pan-European utilities giant RWE Energy, is acquiring 100 % of Helius Energy Alpha Ltd from British biomass to power company Helius Energy Plc. Helius Energy Alpha owns the rights for the project.
